Sanskar International School™ an ‘Establishment’ registered in Class-41, with the Registrar of Trade Marks, New Delhi, India is providing educational services, tuitions, games & activities, boarding-lodging , transport, educational tours, tutorials, hobby classes and various other services to students (boys and girls) of Play Group to Class XII (I.S.C.). It is strictly English medium and Secular. It has Hostels for Boys and Girls located in separate building blocks. The minimum age for admission to the Hostel is 5 years. Sanskar International School™ is an ‘Establishment’ with a noble mission to bring about a Reformative Movement by developing and practicing especial programs to strike a balance between the 'Individual Good' and the 'Society Good'. Born in a family (headed by Doon Ratna Chaudhary Satyendra Singh, a great veteran freedom fighter and social worker) where Values, Principles and Good ‘Sanskars’ mean the most, Mr. Shaleen Singh, the Founder President of Sanskar International School™, believes that India’s past and great history has, time and again, taught and proved to the world, the importance of its Rich Culture and Heritage.
He believes that for ages, the great men and women of India have proved worthy of its Cultural Values and created history by their unmatched acts and gestures of love for all living beings; respect and regards for their Gurus’, elders and superiors; sacrifice of precious possessions, beloved ones and even life for the benefit of humanity; compassion, service and ‘Sewa’ towards the weak, the poor & the needy and many such acts that became exemplary lessons for the World, bringing about great reforms and transformation in people of India and other nations.

Ancient times enjoyed value based environment in Royal Court, ‘Ashrams’ and ‘Gurukuls’, where legendary warriors, philosophers and great learned personalities got true education, away from homely and palatial comforts. Similarly, the Founders, Mr. Shaleen Singh and Ms. Anita Singh have made a very successful attempt by a fine-blend of modern education with Indian culture to give healthy and controlled surroundings, having moral atmosphere for the children to breathe in.
Sanskar International School™ has begun this Reformative Movement with the support and blessings of its Patron Chaudhary Satyendra Singh to set the right tone for International Standard Education with an Indian Touch.

DR. (MRS.) ASHA SINGH
Born in 1941 Dr ( Mrs.) Asha Singh began her primary education from Sophia Saharanpur and completed it from Oak Grove School, Jharipani, Mussoorie. She did her Intermediate from Kanya Maha Vidyalaya, Jalandher and graduated (B.Sc.) from Maharaj Singh College, Saharanpur under Agra University.
For M.Sc.(Botany) and Ph. D. she joined Meerut College. She held The Bursar’s scholarship in M.Sc. and U.G.C. fellowship for Ph.D. She did her research under the supervision of Dr. V.Puri, a renowned Botanist of India.
After Ph.D. she joined R.G. College, Meerut as a lecturer of Botany and was there for 33 Yrs. During her teaching career, She has, since then been a convener of several Societies in the College. Her main interest was the Debating Societies. She retired as Reader in Botany in 2001.
She is still actively involved in teaching and visits two local colleges as a visiting faculty in Biotechnology.
Our Patron, Doon Ratna Chaudhary Satyendra Singh, President of Uttarakhand Freedom Fighter’s Association is the recipient of ‘Ras Bihari’ Freedom Fighter’s Award, along with many awards from the State and Central Governments and many Social Bodies and Organizations for his selfless and un-paralleled services to his Motherland, India.
He has devoted his entire life for betterment of women and the down trodden people in backward areas. He is a follower of Non-Violence, a true nationalist and a strong believer of International peace and brotherhood.
Inspired by “The Father of Nation” Mahatma Gandhi, Chaudhary Satyendra Singh took active part in the freedom struggle of India, for which he was imprisoned several times during the British Rule in India.
After Independence he was honored by the State and the Central Governments and was awarded with ‘Tamra Patra’ twice for his selfless contribution in the freedom of India. Later, he was appointed Honorary Magistrate and remained in position for a period of 10 years i.e. from 1947 to 1957. He worked with Vinoba Bhave who is considered the ‘Father of Indian Renaissance’, as convener of the ‘Bhoodan Samiti’, Dehra Dun and motivated the rich land lords to donate land to the poor landless farmers for cultivation. He is the founder member of Ashok Ashram, Jaunsar, Kalsi – working for the Health and Education of the underprivileged women of the hills. Chaudhary Sahib was an active member of the Management Committees of D.A.V. College and Mahadevi Kanya Pathshala (M.K.P.), Dehra Dun.
Right from their youth he and his wife have worked with several Social Organizations like the Red Cross, Khadi Gram Udyog, etc. He helped the innocent Muslim families in roits during the India Pakistan partition, fought for the rights of the farmers and the weaker sections of the societies after Independence. Now, at the age of Ninety Four years (2010) he is actively involved in the social cause, as the President of Freedom Fighters’ Association of Uttarakhand.
He passed on Good ‘Sanskars’ to his family, by setting examples through self conduct and his life style, which inspired our Founder President Mr. Shaleen Singh, to establish this institution that could give the wisdom to choose the right path, the courage to follow it and imbibe good human values in the minds of future generation during the process of imparting World Class Education to them.

Our Founder Member and Chief Executive Director (C.E.D.) Ms. Anita Singh has the charge of overall planning, evolving systems and developing practical ways to implement them enabling all round growth of children both in and outside the campus; which reflects in each of our ‘Sanskaryans’.
Her deep understanding of management, leadership and administrative skills for closely monitoring, guiding and managing personnel/staff to bring out the best in them, has been picked up by her during her work with houses of international stature. She has been a merit holder throughout her academic and professional career. Sanskar International School™ is fortunate to have the advantage of her merits and experience. Formerly, being with the Management of Five Star Hotel Chains, her added strengths are the expertise in the hospitality industry which is an asset for the operations and up-gradation of our boarding and lodging systems.

The Play Group, Nursery and K.G. together form the V.I.P. Group of Sanskar International School™. Therefore, the school has been very choosy and particular in appointing specially trained, experienced, loving and friendly teachers, who are well versed with Child Psychology and their understanding levels. After retirement of Mr. B.P. Joshi, Group Captain P. K. Rai took up office as Principal of Sanskar International School™ functioning under Sanskar International School™ Society on 1st of March 2008. He was lecturer in Govt. P.G. Degree College under Sagar university, Madhya Pradesh and had taught Graduates and Post Graduates. Immediately, after the Chinese aggression in 1962, he joined the Indian Air Force and was commissioned in the Education Branch. He has been in the Management Committee of the Kendriya Vidyalaya of many Air Force Stations. He also worked as Deputy Director Education in Air Head Quarters, New Delhi and was associated with reputed Air Force Schools of Delhi. He also visited and studied the working of Old Field School and Edward Bekham School, London. In Addition, to advantage of the school, he has been an outstanding sports man having represented Universities and Indian Air Force in Cricket and Athletics. His passion for teaching, administrative skills and handling of school affairs with a human touch will give a sure growth to the school.
The campus, spread over 10 acres of land, is kept clean, green and safe. Modern buildings have been designed and built within the norms of ‘Vastu Shastra’, having sufficient ventilation. Keeping safety in mind, the steel structures of the buildings have been designed and drawn by highly qualified and experienced engineers, which make them strong and resistant against adverse weather conditions and earthquakes.
