Registration
The form for APPLICATION FOR REGISTRATION may be procured from ‘Establishment’ office, filled & signed by the legal Parent and submitted along with the Registration fee:
(i) Non Resident Students = Rs. 1000/-
(ii) Resident Students:
(a) Indian = Rs.5000/- (payable once),
(b) N.R.I./Foreign = U.S. $ 250/-
vide cash or Bank DD, and self attested photo copies of the following documents:-
1) Child’s Birth Certificate (attested photocopy) issued by: Nursing Home and endorsed by Registered Medical Practitioner or Municipal Corporation or Secretary (Govt. Official) Village ‘Panchayat’.
2) Address proof of the Parents (i.e. Self attested Photocopy of: Electricity Bill / Telephone Bill / Ration Card/Passport).
3) One p.p. size colored photo of each: Child, Father and Mother (with names- addresses written at the back).
4) Application for Registration (duly filled and signed).
5) Mark Sheet of Class last attended (attested photocopy).
6) Transfer Certificate (T.C.) from school last attended (attested photocopy). (Mark Sheet & T.C. may be given later, if not currently available.)
OR the form for APPLICATION FOR REGISTRATION may be downloaded and printed from this website under link “ADMISSIONS” -> “Forms & Formats”. The printed form must be filled and signed by the legal Parent. The above mentioned Registration Fee may be deposited in the A/C of ‘Sanskar International School™’, A/C No.5183030000053 at any CBS branch of Syndicate Bank or a Bank Demand Draft (DD) in favor of ‘Sanskar International School™’, payable at Dehradun may be made.
Both, the APPLICATION FOR REGISTRATION & the deposit slip or DD along with the self attested photo copies of all the above mentioned documents must then be sent to the Establishment office by speed post on the following address:-

In case the formalities for registration is being done via Postage, the online registration form on our website should be filled & sent, also. Please note that the details of the bank Demand Draft or date of depositing Registration Fee in our Syndicate Bank A/C No.5183030000053 should be clearly mentioned in the space provided.

Test and Interview
After Registration the child is given the time, date and venue for appearing for a written entrance test in English, Mathematics, Science Hindi etc. based on Class-wise Entrance Test Syllabus. The names of successful students are displayed on the school notice board. The parents of the qualifying student should procure the list of documents (required by the ‘Establishment’ at the time of submitting the admission form) and enquire the exact amount of Demand Draft (Fee and Other Charges for the Current Session) to be deposited at the time of Admission; (the fee would vary among different categories of students, namely Boarders, Day Boarders etc.) At the time of filling the admission form an Original Birth Certificate of the Child must be submitted for Play Group, Nursery and K.G. children, along with an attested photocopy of the same.
Admission
The Admission Form available from the ‘Establishment’s’ main office, should be completed in the Office Premises and submitted along with all the required documents and a Demand Draft of Admission Fee etc. prescribed in the Current Year’s Fee Structure. DD must be drawn in favour of – ‘ Sanskar International School™ ‘,payable at Dehradun. Parents must bring all the Documents along with Admission Fee vide Demand Draft at the time of filling the Admission Form. The Fee will not be accepted in case the documents are incomplete. However, for classes I onwards the Transfer Certificate may be submitted within two months from the date of commencement of the Session in which the Admission is taken or on the Date of Admission; whichever falls later. Please note that the child will be allowed to appear for Examinations only after the Transfer Certificate is submitted.

On Registration:

Dates & Deadlines
REGISTRATION AND ENTRANCE TEST
Resident and Non-Resident Students
Opening and closing dates for Registration/ Admission are published about 2-3 months before commencement of the Academic Session in newspapers or displayed on the website OR may be enquired from the ‘Establishment’ office.
The Registration Form has to be submitted before the closing date. The time, date, place and Syllabus for Entrance Test and Interview is to be procured by the Parents or the Guardian from the ‘Establishment’ office on the date of fulfilling all the formalities for Registration. ADMISSION
Resident and Non-Resident Students
All the admission formalities (i.e. submission of Fee and Documents along with the Admission Form) must be fulfilled within 15 days from the date of declaration of result i.e. within 22 days from the Date of the Entrance Test. However, the Transfer Certificate (T.C.) in original along with an attested photo copy of the same must be submitted within 2 months from date of commencement of the Admission Session or on the date of admission; whichever falls later. In case any Document or Full Fee is not submitted on the due date, the Admission will stand cancelled without notice or refund and the Child will not be permitted to attend Classes or avail any Service provided by the ‘Establishment’.
Terms and condition
(a) Fee will be paid strictly as per the rules & regulations for the payment of boarders’ fee.
(b) All personal and miscellaneous expenses other than the boarding, lodging & tuition fee incurred by the
‘Establishment’ on the child / ward will be deducted from the imprest money or charged from the ‘Guarantor’.
FEE
Resident Students
The Indian Resident students / Foreign & N.R.I. Resident Students must deposit full Annual Fee along with Admission Fee, Security and Imprest Money at the time of Admission for the First Year as per the Fee Structures viz. Fee Structure for Indian Resident Students (2010-2011) / Fee Structure for Foreign & N.R.I. Resident Students (2010-2011).Thereafter, for the following Sessions the Annual Fee must be deposited at least Fifteen Days before the commencement of the Following Academic Session i.e. by 15th March of the Preceding Academic Session. Failure to deposit Full Annual Fee on time will entail a fine of Rs.500/- per day for Indian Students and U.S. $ 50/- per day for Foreign & N.R.I. Students, commencing from the Due Date of payment till the Date of clearing Full and Final Fee; irrespective of the Amount Due.
Under exceptional circumstances with special permission and sole discretion of the ‘Establishment’ Authorities the Annual Fee of Old Students may be paid in two Installments: First Installment would be 70% of the Annual Fee; payable before the 15th of January of the Preceding Academic Session AND Second Installment would be 30% of the Annual Fee; payable before the 15th of July of the Current Academic Session.
Kindly note that the Imprest Money is used to meet actual personal expenses of the child, including uniforms, books & stationary, etc. The balance of Imprest Money is carried forward to the Child’s Imprest Account on closing of each Current Session. This balance must be topped up on the first day of commencement of the Session.
In case the Personal Expenses of the Child exceed the amount of Imprest Money deposited for the Current Session, the balance due must be paid along with the Annual Fee for the Next Session, or latest by the 15th March of the Current Session. Expenses which are incurred by the ‘Establishment’ for the students and are not covered in the Fee Structure will be billed to the parents. These Bills must be cleared within 15 days from the date of the receipt of the bill. The Child will be eligible to attend the New Academic Session only after all outstanding dues of the Previous Academic Session are cleared and Annual Fee for the New Academic Session are fully paid.
Terms and condition

Non-Resident Students
Monthly Fee is to be deposited, in advance, by 10th of every Month. Failure will entail a fine of Rs.100/- till 20th of that Month and Rs.200/- till 25th. Name of the Child will be struck off the rolls on 26th if all the outstanding dues i.e. full/part Fee along with the Late Fee is not deposited by the 25th of the Month. Re-admission will be at the discretion of the Principal. Once it is considered, all dues, including Rs. 1000/- as Re-Admission Fee, must be deposited in the ‘Establishment’ Office, before the Child is granted Re-Admission. Games, Sports, Activity Fee and Other Charges are to be paid, in advance, along with Fee of April (First Month of the Session).
Fee for March is payable with the Fee of the preceding month i.e. February.
WITHDRAWAL
Resident and Non-Resident Students
In case of withdrawal of the Student at the end of Academic Session, a written application must reach the Establishment Office by 31st of January of the Current Session. If the withdrawal is desired in the middle of the Session the application must be submitted three months before the date of withdrawal. The Fee will not be refunded in any kind of withdrawal. Failing to give a three months notice in writing for withdrawal the Security shall not be refunded. All the Outstanding Dues if not paid by the Parent on time, will be deducted from the Imprest Money or Security or both, before withdrawal of the Child. The Transfer Certificate will be issued two months after the date of withdrawal subject to the clearance of all the Dues and procurement of No Dues Letter (NDL); duly signed by all the concerned Department Heads.

1) No fee paid towards registration/admission is refundable, transferrable or negotiable.
2) The ‘Guarantor’ (mother/father/guardian) shall pay, to the ‘Establishment’, all fee and other charges /dues, regularly, as prescribed or whenever called upon to do so by the ‘Establishment’ authorities. No fee or other charges will be accepted in parts or through cheques /cash.
3) Changes in the fee structure and fee amounts from time to time, by the ‘Establishment’ authorities, will be acceptable to the ‘Guarantors’.
4) Full Annual fee for each academic session to be paid in advance on stipulated time is for regular boarding, lodging and classes only.
5) Registrations fee, admission fee and security (if any) are payable only once, on admission.
7) DEADLINES & RESTRICTIONS:a) All Indian & foreign resident students must deposit full annual fee along with admission fee, security (if any) and imprest money at the time of admission for the first year, thereafter, for the following academic sessions full annual fee must be deposited at least 15 days in advance before commencement of each session. After the due date the fee will be deposited along with an added late fee of Rs.200/- per day for the Indian Students and Rs.500/- per day for the NRI’S & Foreign students; from the due date till the date of full & final payment, irrespective of the amount due.

No cheque or cash will be accepted. ‘Establishment’ authorities will not be liable or responsible in case any DD/ cash or cheque is given to any person or staff member without procuring an official receipt from the office duly signed by the authorized signatory of the ‘Establishment’.)
